Praxis Procedures was built from firsthand experience in environments where procedures aren’t just documentation... they’re the difference between safe operations and real consequences. I started my career as a Navy reactor operator, where precision, clarity, and accountability weren’t optional. From there, I moved into commercial nuclear operations and technical procedure writing, where I saw a consistent gap: procedures that looked right on paper but didn’t hold up in the field. Too often, they were written by people who had never had to follow them under pressure, which resulted in errors and unsafe situations.
Praxis was created to change that.
